1- Onsite Piling of the Dangote Refinery
In just 17 months, Ranjy Construction & Foundation Limited installed the Pile foundation and performed the Civil Works for the major and heaviest items in the Dangote refinery. Our skilled team installed the piles of the Main Reactor and Unicracking Unit, among other major components.
Our team constructed 8,230 piles, which are driven cast in-situ piles of 500 millimeters in diameter and 12 meters, 21 meters, 25 meters, and 28 meters deep with complete expertise, know-how, and reliability, satisfying our client and ensuring ultimate safety and dependability.
2- Construction of Tank Pad Foundation & Dyke Wall for the Dangote Refinery
We completed the construction of 12 Tank Pad foundations. This foundation caters to tanks that are 92 meters in diameter, said to be of the biggest crude tanks in the world. We also worked on the Ring Beam, Pavement and 42-kilometer Dyke Wall for the Dangote Refinery Tank Farm.
3- Road Works at Dangote Refinery
The team of engineers at Ranjy Construction & Foundation Limited strengthened and reinforced the internal roads and approaches at the Dangote Refinery. Our work spread 405,042 cubic meters of sand and 73,076 cubic meters of Stone Base.
